Its crawfish season here in Texas. We had a feast of it today. They are so good too. Its just so much trouble trying to get to the little morsel of meat. What is particularly gross is removing the "poop tube" that is full of poop. After you get around that issue they are really very good.

Hmmm as you can tell by my size there aren't too many things I wouldn't eat but you lost me at the "poop tube". Give me lobster any day...

Who cares about the poop tube, that is after you suck the stuff out of the head? That is how it is done in Louisiana.
That little vein in shrimp is a poop tube too. So what is the difference?
